Dr. Kevin Norwood is a distinguished leader with a Doctorate of Leadership from George Fox University, embodying a legacy of service and impact since 1988. Renowned as a next-gen communicator, Kevin has graced public school campuses, speaking at FCA, Youth Alive, and various school clubs.

Beyond his work in schools, Kevin is a dedicated community leader, actively volunteering with organizations such as the Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative and contributing to Bridging Hunger through North Star Bridge. His visionary leadership extends to Urban Soul, founded in both Oklahoma and Dublin, Ireland, with a mission to foster positive change.

Keep Oklahoma Beautiful has recognized Kevin's contributions by awarding Urban Soul the Outstanding Youth Volunteer Group title six times. In November 2023, he was awarded KOB’s top honor as an Affiliate Champion.

As a recognized Leadership Coach, Kevin has spent the past decade coaching leaders to develop their abilities. With 36 years of experience as a youth mentor, he has positively impacted hundreds of students, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

Ireland holds a special place in Kevin's heart, with over 30 trips in the past 16 years. His passion for making a difference has led him to work in local communities, churches, and schools, taking teams on transformative journeys.
